Why we exist

Ignite Fitness was created to assist and encourage everyone of all capabilities to become fit for life, in a non judgemental, fun and happy environment.

If someone wants to maintain the highest standard of living throughout their life, then they need to participate in a challenging fitness program at a minimum several times a week. The core to achieving long-term success in fitness is strength, interval and mobility training, this is the heart of our training program and the key to sustainable health and fitness over time. We aim to achieve balance and keep the fun coming with every workout.

We want to change lives

We want to constantly challenge and lead our clients to achieve the highest level of sustainable fitness they can reach. We have an obligation to our clients to provide a safe, fun environment and to help as many as we can reach their goals and beyond.

Our philosophy:

1. Provide leadership and guidance in fitness through training.

2. Everyone is trained supported and encourage no matter the age or current conditioning.

3. Every client is challenged to achieve more.

4. Strength rules. Strength training is the foundation for success.

5. Full body balance is our constant approach.

6. You can’t out train a bad diet. We don’t do diets, we believe in achieving a healthier life through better food choices.

7. We love intervals cardio only works if intensity is present.

8. We workout never to failure, but always to challenge.

9. Lift heavy, lift often, eat well, eat often.

10. We are a Fit family we always encourage and support, we always bring the fun to fitness and nutrition.
